Company Profile:
Initially incorporated in 1988 by a London based company providing data capture and conversion, TNT Document Services (TNT DS) became a wholly owned subsidiary of TNT in 2001. This year TNT DS celebrates its 20th anniversary and positioned itself as the BPO center of excellence for the TNT Group.

TNT DS has the lowest attrition rates (2, 5 %) in the industry and most of our staffs have over 10 years experience with the company. Our processes and technology have matured over the years and today we hold certifications in various international standards: ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 and SA8000.

Backed by a strong parent company and high brand equity, TNT DS has worked for large European clients and, over the years, has developed strong capabilities to deliver on large projects with high quality requirements and critical turn around times. Our staff is fluent in English/French and some have acquired processing experience in Pan-European languages such as Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish.

Competencies:
TNT DS specializes in the provision of data management services (data entry, data capture- OCR/ICR/OMR, data conversion, online data research…) and BPO Back Office services like finance and accounting and BPO Logistics. Over the years TNT DS has built excellent capabilities in providing media monitoring services (newspaper, radio and TV) and transcription of audio and audiovisual files (business, legal, media and medical).
