E-Learning Content Creation focused on Data Protection in Kenyan Public and Private Sectors

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

The contractor is responsible for providing the following services:
- Develop two web-based trainings (WBT) which aim to teach Manager and
Data Protection Officers (DPOs) from both public and private sectors basic data protection concepts, principles, obligations, and their roles in ensuring data protection compliance in
their respective institutions and industries.
One shorter WBT is targeted for Managers and one longer WBT targeted at Data Protection Officers (DPOs) / employees tasked with data protection.
- Guide the participants to assess, test and examine competences and related knowledge,
skills and attitudes through the different areas and methods of competence- and workbased
assessment and enables them to plan, prepare, conduct and conduct assessments. Furthermore, the different ways and processes of certification are described. The certification process shall involve coming up with a certificate for each participant after completion of all tasks and modules for the course which the ODPC or the Kenyan chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals can sign on.
