Implementation of CRM System for International Services-Framework agreement

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

The framework contract will provide a maximum of 45 Expert days for the Expert 1/Business Analyst, of 42 Expert days for the Expert 2/ Training and Support Consultant, of 119 Expert days for the Expert Pool 1/Configuration and IT Administration Consultant and for the Expert Pool 2/ CiviCRM Developer 114 Expert days. For Hosting, the provider will provide (up to) 180 hosting month (5 instance X up to 36 month). Initially the hosting will start with one master system and later the additional project instances would be included (call-off).Please Note: the contract does not include a minimum volume of purchases. The estimated term for the contract award is 01.12.2024 to 31.08.2027.
