Framework contract - Acquisition of IT consulting services for all client Projects in Morocco 

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

The goal of this framework agreement is to provide the client in Morocco with a (one) reliable partner who flexibly provides high quality expertise in different technology consulting areas. Through joint learning and collaboration, the contractor will improve its own understanding of development work and the client approaches while supporting the DDU to scale its advisory services to the entire portfolio of the client projects in Morocco. 

The expected benefits for the projects are: 

i) quick and flexible access to high quality external expertise and support 

ii) reducing administrative workload and time when procuring these services 

iii) access to service provider that understands GIZ procedures (e.g. procurement process or data protection and security regulations) and overall goals (principles for digital development, sustainable solutions owned and managed by partners)
