Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

openIMIS - Modular Version: Software Maintenance and User Support for 12 month.
I. Assignment of personnel
Team leader: On-site assignment for 50 expert days (including up to 10 travel days) Short-term expert pool: total 100 expert days (including up to 20 travel days in total)
II. Travel
Travel expenses budget: EUR 14,000.00
III. Workshops, training
During the inception phase the Firm of Consultants shall submit a concept for workshops and trainings and related budgets to GIZ Sector Programme for approval. The costs will be borne directly by the Programme.
IV. Other costs
- Office running costs of up to EUR 1,000 in total include contribution to office rent, office materials and communication costs such as telephone, internet or fax.
- The Firm of Consultants will be required to budget for small items of procurement for use under this contract up to a total amount of EUR 1.000. All the items to be procured for this purpose will have to be agreed upon between GIZ Global Programme Social Protection Innovation and Learning and the Firm of Consultants.
V. Flexible remuneration item
The Firm of Consultants may include EUR 8,000 of flexible remuneration in the offer. This is designed to allow the Firm of Consultants to flexibly determine - in accordance with the project results actually achieved - the quantity of the inputs envisaged in the contract, insofar as this is necessary to achieve the project objective.
