Hosting, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung einer Online-Bewerbungsplattform

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

To increase efficiency in the application management processes, an open-source online
application platform (OAP) was implemented in 2022. In order to use synergies, and since
their requirements for an application platform were very similar, the two AGfunding programmes develoPPP and BACKUP Health initially joined forces and commissioned the
development of a minimum viable product (MVP) of the OAP together.
After the development of the MVP, two instances of the OAP were created: one instance for
develoPPP (with the two mandates AG and DEG Impulse) and one instance for BACKUP
Health.
The data received through the OAP is transferred to Excel, Word and PDF files and in order
to be used further in approval- and development- processes, partly in SAP systems. Due to
the growing number of applications that develoPPP receives, these processes can still be
optimised.

The aim of this assignment is to
- further develop the develoPPP OAP instance by standardising and digitalising additional (currently manually driven) processes of the implementing organisations AG and DEG Impulse, and further to
- host and maintain the develoPPP OAP instance as well as the already set up instances of other AG programmes, such as BACKUP Health and possibly additional AG programmes in the future.
