Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

The contractor will be mandated on a case by case basis by the Office 365 team to develop and operate optimal and cost-effective IT solutions based on the Microsoft Office 365 product portfolio for the departments of client in close collaboration with IT's Office365 (Cloud Services I) team. 

A comprehensive know-how of Office 365 is required for this. The knowledge should cover the topics of the consulting need, in particular:
— Microsoft Sharepoint (for developments outside the IDA platform),
— Microsoft Forms,
— Microsoft PowerApps,
— Microsoft Flow,
— Microsoft Power BI,
— Microsoft Teams (for use outside the IDA platform),
— Microsoft Planner (for use outside the IDA platform),
— Microsoft Stream,
— Microsoft Sway,
— Microsoft Azure AD,
— as well as their interactions.

Customising and programming services are also required in the context of projects with our internal customers, in particular:
— customising and programming services pased on the above named Microsoft Office 365 products;
— programming of interfaces to existing systems (SAP, web applications, OpenText Content Server). This refers to interfaces outside of the IDA context;
— support with the integration of existing web application into the O364-Tenant;
— testing of the developments;
— creation of technical concepts;
— technical documentations.

In the area of system administration, external support is required for optimisation, troubleshooting and debugging of the applications to be developed on the Tenant.
