Technical cooparation with Digital Enquirer Kit through IVR-Systems

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

The subject of the award is to use mobile technologies to raise awareness about the Digital Enquirer Kit learning modules among people who do not use the internet on a permanent basis - but who own smartphones and turn on their mobile data just for specific activities.
The main task is the delivery of Interactive Voice Response in Ghana and Haiti.
This includes:
- Awareness Raising via SMS/IVR
- Awareness Raising via the National IVR Hotlines
- Promotion of the e-learning via SMS/IVR and National IVR Hotlines
The contractor shall develop and record Interactive Voice Response (IVR) audio messages and host them on publicly accessible and toll-free mobile hotlines in Ghana and Haiti respectively. These messages shall promote e-learning courses on detecting and handling misinformation that Digital Enquirer Kit is hosting on the atingi platform. The messages shall be made accessible in local languages and provide a short teaser of the learning content, offering the user to access further information through a hyperlink that they receive via SMS. The hotline content is to be advertised through a large-scale SMS marketing campaign for which the contractor is to cooperate with local mobile network operators. Finally, the contractor shall provide regular reporting on the hotline access statistics and the conversion to online content.
