Ticketing and Access Control System and Support 

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

The LOC is looking for a contractor who will provide the following elements: 

(this list is non-exhaustive) 

• the sale and distribution of the event tickets through their technical system 

• provide the access control system and devices required 

• build the template and assist with managing the allocated seating map for the Opening Ceremonies 

• Work with the LOC to build the events and framework of the events 

• provide printing infrastructure for the LOC ticketing team in the months pre-event 

• Execute the fulfillment of pre-event postal orders (including extra merchandise if bundles are purchased) 

• Collection of the contact details of account holders, securing the usability by the LOC for marketing purposes (data rights to be retained by the LOC not the contractor) 

• Merchant services and card processing including card reader provision onsite 

• A Project Manager for the entirety of the contract and sufficient staff onsite to oversee system and troubleshoot (ground sellers and gate scanning staff to be volunteers provided by the LOC).
