E-Learning Offer - Enhancing the Effectiveness of Decentralisation and Local Governance Reforms

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

One of the DeLoG Secretariat"s activities is a E-Learning course which has been conducted for several years now. Between 2014 and 2016, 5 courses have been conducted. Since 2017 an E-Learning course on "Enhancing Development Effectivness for Decentralisation and Local Governance" has been organised.
The contractor is responsible for providing the following services:
Short-term experts are commissioned to revise the course material and to conduct the course. Therefore, the DeLoG Secretariat is looking for:
a) a didactic-organisational short-term expert (hereinafter STE A) and
b) a thematic short-term expert (hereinafter STE B).
The didactic-organisational short-term expert is responsible for the organisation, technical implementation (hosting and management of the learning platform) and moderation of the course. The thematic STE is responsible for supplementing and updating the learningmaterials and for providing participants with specialist support. There is close and smooth coordination between the two STE.
The contractor thus provides hosting, technical support and further development of the content and professional support for the course over the entire project period.
