2022 WeChat Miniprogramm Promotion
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung
In 2020 and 2021, consumer behavior and the decision-making phase of potential Chinese travelers changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated travel restriction. When the outbound travel will be normalized is unforeseeable. Thus the rapid developments in the field of tourism marketing reflect the trend of digitization. In addition, there is the increasing use of mobile devices along the entire "customer journey". With the new tourism-marketing trend, GNTO will further develop and promote its WeChat mini-program.
With numerous users within WeChat ecosystem, the miniprogram will be easy to distribute, for example forwarding through WeChat, display in WeChat moment, mini-program interaction, linking to WeChat official account, QR code scanning (offline), etc. With creative and attractive promotion programs it is expected to reach more visitors: 20,000 Visitors and 400,000 Impression via min. 2 promotion programs are estimated.
Besides, a media center needed to be developed for GNTO to send its News release and reach more journalists, which can lead traffic to miniprogram as well. Therefore GNTO decided to outsource the promotion of WeChat Miniprogram to a professional agency.
The award includes:
A). Promotion programs
- demonstrated promotion programs with appropriate budget allocation (only media buy or interactive games or even other programs for promotion? Or mix) and reach higher KPIs (mind. 20.000Visitors, 400.000Impression)
- Whether the Content of destination Germany are displayed in a creative and attractive way
B). Development of media center
- technical ability to develop a media center for GNTO to upload and edit news release (in form of text and pics) itself
- News release can be shared and send to allocated press or journalists
- open rate and click rate for each news release can be followed
C). Reporting
- Project report with data, analysis and learnings
