Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

Breitband Nordhessen GmbH ("BNG") is a network infrastructure ownership company whose previous mission is the subsidised, area-wide broadband expansion in the region of North Hesse to supply private households and commercial enterprises in the district areas of the shareholders with high-performance broadband connections. BNG leases the network it has built over the past years to Netcom Kassel Gesellschaft für Telekommunikation mbH ("NCK"). 

NCK's main business activities are the sale, expansion and upgrading of internet and telephony services for both residential and business customers. 

The shareholders of BNG, the districts of Hersfeld-Rotenburg, Kassel, Schwalm-Eder, Waldeck-Frankenberg and Werra-Meißner, as well as the shareholders of NCK, Kasseler Verkehrs- und Versorgungs-GmbH and EAM Beteiligungen GmbH, intend to sell all shares in BNG and NCK respectively by way of a structured bidding process.
