Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

The client Strengthening Good Governance Program in Kenya is a project commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The Program aims to improve application of good governance principles in public procurement systems by strengthening use of digital solutions, human resource competencies and institutional capacity of government agencies. In this context, the Program supports initiatives aimed at enhancing transparency and accountability in public procurement at the national and county levels. The Program in collaboration with one of the key partners in Kenya, the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), seeks to reconfigure the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) to publish public procurement information in open formats following Open Contracting Data Standards (OCDS), design and develop an OCDS compliant data warehouse as part of the Portal, and undertake integration of the Portal with the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS).
